The team at eSgoil have created a range of Health & Wellbeing learning sessions and resources for learners. These learning seasons were created in partnership with Brian Costello, director of the company Headstrong. Brian and his team work tirelessly to try and improved the mental health and wellbeing of young people and adults across Scotland.
Six exciting sessions were developed focusing on different aspects of mental health & wellbeing.
Each of the videos is approximately 15minutes in length.
We delivered four live learning sessions with each session featuring a live Q&A giving young people an opportunity to directly ask Brian specific questions.
These sessions provided advice and understanding around mental health & wellbeing for young people at their particular age and stage in their lives.

eSgoil have created an online interactive resource to help support learners mentally prepare for their exams and and assessments. Within the guide there is a huge range of advice and techniques to help learners maximise their potential, while minimising stress and anxiety, when preparing for and sitting exams and assessments.
The eSgoil Chill Space is place for all learners, that provides information activities related to how food and exercise can impact your learning and wellbeing, as wells as a rang of other wellbeing related activities.
