In December, the S3 Personal Development (PDA) group organised the sale of some beautiful knitted items to raise funds for Mary’s Meals.

Mary’s Meals is a charity that provides life-changing school meals to children living in some of the world’s poorest communities, helping them access education and a brighter future.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the fundraiser. As a school, we raised £530, which will be doubled by Mary’s Meals. This means that, together as a community, we have funded 55 children with school meals for an entire year.

The S3 PDA group could not have achieved this without the incredible support of Colin and Jackie, who worked tirelessly to knit and fulfil all of the orders.
